Актуальность статьи определяется тем, что современные проблемы рыночного механизма хозяйствования, связанные, главным образом, с мировым финансовым кризисом 2007–2008 гг. и его последствиями, наложили особый отпечаток на продолжение поступательного роста экономики России и требуют дальнейшего осмысления характера реформ. Социальная составляющая реформ при этом имеет особое значение в силу разумной переориентации народнохозяйственного комплекса на решение важнейших задач повышения народного благосостояния. В настоящей статье рассматриваются некоторые вопросы современного этапа социально-экономического развития.
The article is topical due to the fact that the modern market economy mechanisms, connected mainly with the world financial crisis of 2007–2008 and its consequences, have influenced a lot the continuation of the Russia’s economy steady advance and the further realization of the reforms is required. The social constituent is of utmost importance as the economy should be reasonable oriented to solve the significant problem of increasing the people’s welfare. The article views certain issues of the social-economic development in the modern period.
