Цель: выявление современных тенденций на рынке труда в условиях цифровизации и роста рисков и глобальной нестабильности на мировых и национальных рынках в странах ЕАЭС.

Методы

Методы: модели анализа панельных данных, графический метод, метод наименьших квадратов, обобщенный выполнимый метод наименьших квадратов.

Результаты

Результаты: на данных стран ЕАЭС с 2016 по 2020 г. показана синхронизация показателей безработицы; незначительное увеличение доли безработных в возрасте 55 лет и старше во всех странах, кроме России; снижение добавленной стоимости, произведенной видом деятельности «Информация и связь», за исключением Казахстана; в период пандемии обнаружено снижение интегрального индикатора безработицы и численности безработных в возрасте 55 лет и старше под влиянием валовой добавленной стоимости вида деятельности «Информация и связь», а также снижение безработицы старшего возраста под влиянием доли населения, использующего Интернет.

Научная новизна

Научная новизна: отражены современные тенденции безработицы в контексте цифровизации и роста рисков и глобальной нестабильности на мировых и национальных рынках в странах ЕАЭС.

Практическая значимость

Практическая значимость: основные выводы статьи могут стать аргументом в пользу конкурентных преимуществ населения старшего возраста на рынке труда в условиях цифровизации и неопределенности экономики.

Objective

Objective: to identify current trends in the labor market under digitalization and the growing risks and global instability in the world and national markets in the EAEU countries.

Methods

Methods: panel data analysis models, graphical method, least squares method, generalized feasible least squares method.

Results

Results: the data of the EAEU countries from 2016 to 2020 show the synchronization of unemployment indicators; a slight increase in the share of unemployed aged 55 and older in all countries except Russia; a decrease in value added produced within the “Information and Communication” type of activity, with the exception of Kazakhstan; during the pandemic, a decrease in the integral indicator of unemployment and the number of unemployed aged 55 and older was found under the influence of the gross value added within the “Information and Communication” type of activity, as well as a decrease in unemployment among elder citizens under the influence of the share of the population using the Internet.

Scientific novelty

Scientific novelty: the current trends of unemployment are reflected, under digitalization and the growing risks and global instability in the world and national markets in the EAEU countries.

Practical significance

Practical significance: the main conclusions of the article can be an argument in favor of the competitive advantages of the older population in the labor market under digitalization and uncertainty of economy.
