Статья «АБСОЛЮТНОЕ И ОТНОСИТЕЛЬНОЕ НАПРЯЖЕНИЕ ЛИЧНОСТИ И ГРАДИЕНТ СЧАСТЬЯ В ИССЛЕДОВАНИИ ПРЕСТУПНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ», написанная Сергеем Геннадиевичем Ольковым, доктором юридических наук, профессором Сургутского государственного университета, является дублирующей публикацией. Сведения из общедоступных баз данных позволили редакции журнала «Актуальные проблемы экономики и права» выявить нарушение публикационной этики. Статья указанного автора, содержащая по существу те же данные и выводы, была опубликована в другом издании: Актуальные проблемы правоведения. 2012. № 2-3. (
Статья С.Г. Олькова «АБСОЛЮТНОЕ И ОТНОСИТЕЛЬНОЕ НАПРЯЖЕНИЕ ЛИЧНОСТИ И ГРАДИЕНТ СЧАСТЬЯ В ИССЛЕДОВАНИИ ПРЕСТУПНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ», опубликованная в научном журнале «Актуальные проблемы экономики и прав». 2012. № 3. С. 264-272. отзывается с согласия автора, главного редактора и издателя.
Редакцией журнала, чья работа, связанная с публикацией в журнале научных материалов, основана на издательской этике, на правилах которой строятся отношения работников редакции между собой, с членами редколлегии, рецензентами и авторами, проведено внутренне расследование. Согласно этим правилам, автор гарантирует журналу, что статья публикуется впервые и не была ранее опубликована или направлена в другой журнал. Со стороны главного редактора и издателя автору С.Г. Олькову указано на недопустимость таких действий и принято решение об отзыве статьи из elibrary.ru и сайта журнала.

The article “Absolute and relative tension of a personality and gradient of happiness in investigating criminal behaviour”, written by Sergey Gennadievich Ol'kov, Doctor of Law, Professor of Surgut State University, is a duplicate publication. Information from public databases allowed the editors of the journal "Actual Problems of Economics and Law" to identify a violation of publication ethics. The article of the specified author, containing essentially the same data and conclusions, was published in another publication: Actual problems of jurisprudence. 2012. No. 2-3. (http://elibrary.ru/item.asp?id=18062902).
Article by S.G. Ol'kov "Absolute and relative tension of a personality and gradient of happiness in investigating criminal behaviour", published in the scientific journal "Actual problems of economics and rights". 2012. No. 3. S. 264-272 is retracted with the consent of the author, editor-in-chief and publisher.
The Editorial Board of the Journal, when publishing scientific research materials, bases its performance on the rules of publication ethics observed by the Editorial Board members, reviewers and authors. According to these rules, the author shall guarantee that the article is published for the first time and was not previously published or submitted to another journal. From the side of the editor-in-chief and publisher, the author S.G. Ol'kov was pointed out the inadmissibility of such actions and a decision was made to withdraw the article from elibrary.ru and the journal's website.
