MODELLING OF THE FREQUENCIES OF RATIONAL CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR
Abstract
The article presents juridical-mathematical models of the frequencies of rational unlawful behavior of bribe takers subject to the changes in the criminal law strictness and probability of catch.
