OPPORTUNISM AS A FORM OF LIMITATION OF THE COMPANY'S ECONOMIC FREEDOM
Abstract
The article studies the specific forms of labor opportunism of office employees and engineers, connected with their behavior at working places. The author reveals the regular conditions of opportunism initiation at the enterprise. Taking a certain private firm as an example, he estimates the losses scale as a result of various forms of opportunism, and defines the reasons for their initiation, as well as the measures for their surmounting.
