SOCIAL-ECONOMIC BASIS OF BALANCED DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE MODERN CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article views the notion of balanced development as a means of the public production motion aimed at achieving of at least two important tasks. The first is formation and preserving of the connections between the economy structural links, and the second is the balancing of the economic interests of the economy subjects. The publication also touches upon the prerequisites and consequences of spasmodic transformation of balanced development, which occurs due to the economy mechanism reformation and the crisis phenomena taking place within the Russian economy.
The author suggests a range of measures and methods to overcome the problem zones of Russian economy within the frameworks of the renovated improved paradigm of balanced development.
