DETERMINATION OF THE GROUND AREA HYPOTHECATION VALUE AND THE SUM OF NECESSARY CREDIT
Abstract
The article deals with economical-juridical issues of determination of the ground area hypothecation value as the particular case of hypothec. The peculiarities of crediting in this case are analyzed, the methods of hypothecation value calculation are given.
