ANTI-CORRUPTION MONITORING OF LEGASLATIVE REGULATIONS AS THE DIRECTION OF SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL RESEARCH (METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS)
Abstract
The acute issues of struggle against and prevention of corruption by means of anti-corruption monitoring are viewed in the article. The author presents the results of his activity in the workgroup of the State Duma commission on struggle against corruption and his suggestions on determination of corruption-genicity of laws and other legislative acts.
