Abstract
RETRACTION:
The article published in the scientific Journal “Actual Problems of Economics and Law” (2010. No. 3. Pp. 153–155) under the title “Procedure of execution and serving of penitentiary punishment, and terms of such punishment” under the authorship of N. M. Ibragimova is withdrawn by an editor with the consent of the publisher and the author.
Reason for the publication retraction is self-plagiarism after defending a thesis, publishing a monograph.
