ON THE ISSUE OF THE PROSECUTOR'S RIGHT FOR LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE
Abstract
The article grounds the necessity to return the right for legislative initiative to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation; explains that no subject of the legislative initiative right is able to substitute the Prosecutor's Office. The author pays attention to the contradiction of the federal and regional legislation in a number of Russian Federation subjects in part of attributing the right for legislation initiative to prosecutors.
