ON CORRUPTION AND ANTI-CORRUPTION CAMPAIGN IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The complex of anti-corruption legislation adopted in the recent years by the Russian Federation state bodies did not significantly influence the results of corruption counteraction in our country. The article gives statistical data for corruption crimes by Articles 204, 290, 291 of the Russian Criminal Code. The necessity is revealed not only of the further improvement of anti-corruption legislation but of forming of a single multilevel federal (national) system of corruption counteraction.
