RUSSIA NEEDS STRUCTURAL REFORMING OF THE INNOVATION SYSTEM
Abstract
The article views the issues of innovation system reforming, changing of its structure and modernizatiion of management. It is proved that modernization of innovation system management is directly connected with the formation of mature institutional environment.
