CORRELATION OF TERMS "JURIDICAL ACT" AND "LEGAL ACT" IN RUSSIAN JURISPRUDENCE
Abstract
The article reveals the correlation of the terms "juridical act" and "legal act". It is shown that these terms are used in the Russian jurisprudence to denote different phenomena of legal field and have independent meaning. To improve the terminology of the Russian jurisprudence the author proposes to demarcate the terms and use each term to denote the phenomenon which it reflects.
