NECESSITY TO INTRODUCE CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF JURIDICAL PERSONS IN RUSSIAN LEGISLATION
Abstract
The article views the issue of necessity to introduce criminal liability of juridical persons into the Russian legislation. The prerequisites for that are the obvious negative trends of large-scale growth of corporate encroachment which actually threat not only the rights and legal interests of citizens, but the economical security of the state.
