On September 11-15, 2023, New Economic Association, Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ural State Economic University, and Institute of Economics of the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences hold the Fifth Russian Economic Congress (REC-2023).

Applications for the Conference shall be accepted since February 15, 2023, in a wide range of social-economic issues, including beyond the above list of thematic conferences.

Applications for participation with and without a report are accepted.

For reports at the Conference of young Scientists, we accept applications from students, post-graduate students and young researchers without scientific degrees (up to 36 years old).

Applications shall be registered at the website of the New Economic Association up to April 15, 2023.

Authors of reports are to submit abstracts briefly describing the issues under study, the proposed solutions, the results obtained, and their novelty. The abstracts should be 4,000 to 8,000 printed characters with spaces long. Besides the abstract, one may attach a full text of the report/presentation.

The abstracts shall be evaluated by reviewers. The solution on including the submitted reports into the Congress program shall be announced by June 15, 2023.
