The Conference objective is to present and thoroughly discuss the results of scientific research in the following fields:

– features of institutional design;

– constitutional development as a factor of economic and political activity;

– projecting institutions;

– analysis of institutional changes;

– property rights, transaction costs and economic efficiency;

– efficiency factors and causes of imperfect government intervention;

– informational and statistical provision of analysis of organizations and institutions;

– impact of historical, social and cognitive factors on the institutions formation and economic choice.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM INCLUDES:

1. School for doctoral students and post-graduates “Theory and methodology of institutional economy” (26–27.09.2023)

Participation of doctoral students and post-graduates in the School is free of charge. Applications from organizations with the data of potential participants of the School are to be submitted to the address of the Conference and to the Conference e-mail: maii.2023.novosibirsk@mail.ru in compliance with the events schedule. The seconding party shall provide the transfer, accommodation and catering of its representatives. The School participants will be preliminarily selected by the Conference Program Committee, taking into account the publication activity, level and themes of publications. The accepted participants will be notified by the Organizational Committee in compliance with the events schedule. Arrival of the School participants is scheduled for 25.09.2023. Registration of the School participants will take place on the first lecture day – 26.09.2023.

2. Scientific Conference (28–29.09.2023)

Arrival of the Conference participants is scheduled from 27.09.2023. Registration of the participants will take place on the first day of the Conference – 28.09.2023.

Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 2020 as the basis for sustainable development

In 2020, the Constitution of the Russian Federation for the first time underwent radical conceptual transformations, focused on changing the public authority configuration in Russia, as well as on the main directions of social-economic and political modernization, redistribution and broadening of the federal government authorities. Three years have passed since the amendments were made, which allows comparing the expectations of 2020 with the crucial results and consequences of the reform. An expert discussion is planned regarding the impact of the constitutional changes on the sustainable development of the society, economy, state and personality.
