ECONOMICS OF POPULATION WELFARE UNDER INNOVATIVE VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA
Abstract
Under the innovative vector of the Russian economy development the complex research and analysis of trends in public welfare development will lead to the fuller understanding of the social-economic progress character, based on the increasing significance of the human capital, service sector and information-communicative technologies. Studying the factors determining the dynamics of living standards and analysis of their influence on welfare growth will help to find the summarizing integral indicator – the indicator of welfare level and to predict its value for the short-term period.
