MODERN ESTIMATION AND TRENDS OF HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT IN TATARSTAN REPUBLIC: ISSUES OF THEORY AND PRACTICE
Abstract
The article lists the modern concepts of human capital reproduction connected with the need to replenish its reproduction. Specially viewed is the economic system in which a source of reproduction is costs of human capital reproduction within the limits of labor cost and its part determined by labor price or payment.
