INFORMATION ABOUT CORRUPTION CRIMES: PROSPECTS OF IMPROVING WITH THE ACCOUNT OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
Abstract
The article views the duties of officials to inform about corruption facts, established by the existing Russian legislation. Taking into account the foreign experience, the author analyzes the efficiency of such measure as information about corruption crimes in the system of corruption counteraction, and proposes definite directions of improving the procedure of providing such information.
