FOUNDATIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM AS A FACTOR OF RUSSIA’S SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Objective: to research the foundations of the Russian constitutional system as a stabilizing factor for the country’s sustainable development. Methods: the dialectical method of cognition, systematic and logical methods, method of analysis and synthesis, method of comparative law studies. Results: the article proposes the concept of the constitutional system foundations, which consists of five elements: foundations of the legal status of a person, constitutional foundations of the economic system, social system, political system and cultural life of society. The advantages and disadvantages of the constitutional regulation of these elements are analyzed, as well as circumstances that may be detrimental to the sustainable development. Scientific novelty: for the first time the article covers the foundations of the Russian constitutional system as a factor of sustainable development of the state, and provides scientific recommendations to amend and alter the country’s Constitution. Practical value: the provisions and conclusions of the article can be used in scientific and pedagogical activity when considering the issues of foundations of the constitutional system.
