FEATURES OF THE CRIMINAL CASE PREPARATION FOR LEGAL PROCEDURE IN THE COUNTRIES OF ANGLO-SAXON AND CONTINENTAL LAW SYSTEMS
Abstract
Within the context of defining of the optimal form of the criminal case preparation for the trial, as well as the object and limits of court estimation, the author investigates the criminal-procedure legislation of Great Britain, the USA, France and Germany. The object of analysis is the authority of the court and the parties connected with the procedure of presenting and investigating of the proofs, and the types of the court's probable decisions.
