ON CORRUPTION FACTORS IN THE SPHERE OF GOODS, WROKS AND SERVICES PURCHASES ON MUNICIPAL LEVEL
Abstract
The article views the modern state and main prerequisites of corruption offences and crimes connected with the process of allocating orders for state and municipal needs by the example of Nizhniy Novgorod region. The typical corruption breaches of law connected with organization and holding of competitions and auctions are analyzed. The author describes the main directions of state bodies’ activities for eliminating the conditions promoting the corruption revelations in the sphere of budget funds utilization.
