NOTIN AND TYPES OF ALIENABILITY CONTRACTS IN RUSSIA AND BALTIC STATES: LATVIA, LITHUANIA AND ESTONIA
Abstract
The article deals with the notion of alienability contracts, presents the classification of these contracts’ subtypes. The research is carried out as a comparative analysis of legislation of the Russian Federation and the Baltic states to reveal the similarities and differences between the contract law institutions of these countries, which serves as the basis to reveal differences between the legislations.
