METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO RESEARCH OF THE LAND RENT
Abstract
Theoretical and methodological approaches to research of the land rent are indicated in the article. The contents of the land rent are corrected as economic grade. There is the formation mechanism and withdrawal. Questions of conditions of formation of the differential land rent are covered in the article.
