MANAGEMENT OF THE VILLAGE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The agricultural-industrial complex (AIC) is one of the most important sectors of national policy, which forms more than 70% of market of commodities produced out agricultural raw materials. That is why the agricultural-industrial complex should obtain the state support. Solution of the most acute social-economic problems of the village will require not only the maximal concentration of power and means of the enterprises. Their realization is impossible without the purposeful state aid, without the dramatic reformation of the budget control over natural resources and their restitution into state property.
