DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AS A STRATEGIC TASK WITH TRANSITION TO «KNOWLEDGE ECONOMICS» IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The article views the role of intellectual capital with transition to knowledge economics. The article analyzes the distinguishable features of knowledge economics and traditional economics. The comparative characteristics of Russia and foreign countries were reviewed in the article, using indicators showing the level of intellectual capital development as the main factor of knowledge economics.
