PLANNING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF INSTABILITY
Abstract
The article presents a complex approach to the formation of in-company planning system under modern conditions. The problem aspects of long-term and short-term goals coordination are defined, the ways of solving contradictions are grounded. The author pays special attention to elaborating the tools of balancing financial budgets of enterprises under the crisis.
