LAND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT: FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE
Abstract
The transition to market relations in agrarian-industrial complex takes place very slowly and not always efficiently. It reveals a lot of problem, one of which is inappropriate utilization of the main means, i.e. the land. One of the main conditions of its efficient functioning is the qualified management, the role of which increases greatly during the world financial-economic crisis. The article presents the results of investigation of the interconnections between the factors existing in the region (land is one of the main among them) and the production results.
