LABOR-MARKET UNDER GLOBALIZATION AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS
Abstract
The article considers the process of establishment and development of the global labor-market. The author substantiates the necessity of labor-market study by the activation of migration process; its influence at present is increasing in practically all spheres of social and economic activities. The article presents the experience of some developed countries in the establishment of human resources global market and stats the main trends in solving some contradictions of the global labor-market establishment.
