DEFINING THE INDICATORS OF «LEAN PRODUCTION» EFFICIENCY

Abstract

The production efficiency management (the correlation between the value obtained and the resources spent) is connected with the selection of its estimation indicators. Admitting the necessity to estimate the total effect (by accounting value) as well as the high emotional component of «lean production» through keeping one's working place in order, any manager would consider most important not only the final result, but also the contribution of the result's constituents. For that purpose there should be a system of both qualitative and quantitative indicators of the efficiency of all processes carried out in the organization, first of all, from the point of view of the «process approach», that is, the approach oriented towards the results (goals) of each process and the extent of achieving them.
The article presents the research on the opinions on the priority (significance) of the overall system indicators of improvements in the enterprise, by two categories of workers: an administration worker and an ordinary engineering-technical personnel of the main production.
