ON SOME FEATURES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF A SHAREHOLDER
Abstract
The topicality of the theme is determined by the existing problems of the legal regulation of a shareholder status and the scale of property and non-property rights. The article views the features of shareholder legislation, researches the issue of acquiring a shareholder's status, executing their rights and liabilities, analyzes the legislation limitations of the shareholders' rights execution, and suggests the author's classification of the shareholders' property and non-property rights.
