INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN INNOVATIVE ECONOMY
Abstract
The innovative vector of the Russian economy development is possible only with efficient management of the existing resources (including the intellectual) and forming of adequate institutional environment. The article views the modern problems of the Russia institution of intellectual property, and the phased mechanism of the intellectual property commercialization, and proposes the general pattern of the main processes of managing the three business capitals in the interests of high-technology development of the Russian enterprises.
