FEATURES OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS BY PRODUCTION ON CRIMINAL CASES OF SEPARATE CATEGORIES OF PERSONS
Abstract
The article lists the features which should be taken into account by the court (judge) during the trial by different categories of persons. The author analyzes the norms of Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation referring to the amenability of criminal cases with certain categories of persons. The point of view is grounded, that the right to carry out criminal trial referring to certain categories of persons should belong to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
