Abstract
The article analyzes the issue of corruption as it is viewed in the dissertation. The practical benefits are marked, which will result from the author's ideas on the defects of the variety in allowance paid to the executives of Domestic Affairs bodies as one of determinants of their corruption behaviour. The author criticizes the linking of notion "criminal personality" with the court's condemnatory verdict and the lack of practical examples from definite criminal cases given by the applicant.
