REVEALING THE PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE OF MEDICAL WORKERS
Abstract
The article views the results of a poll of Stavropol region medical workers. It is shown that the problem of funds deficiency of medical establishments for paying insurance premium, as well as the problem of insurance protection for medical staff could have been solved by a Federal Law on obligatory insuring of professional liability of medical workers. The law would allow to diminish the existing disproportion in the mechanism of legal subjects' protection, as well as improve the quality and responsibility of doctors in their professional activity.
