ANALYSIS OF THE USEFULNESS OF AN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION SEKAP FOR REALIZATION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN SILESIA PROVINCE (POLAND)
Abstract
The article presents the structure of Electronic Communication System for State Administration SEKAP and analyzes its usefulness for realization electronic services in Silesia Province (Poland). The actual state of the system is defined and its further development is suggested for the distributing of electronic services among the citizens and entrepreneurs of the Province.
