CONCEPT AND REALIZATION STATE OF e-ADMINISTRATION IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Abstract
The article introduces the concept of e-administration in the European Union. Realization of this concept in the EU provides for the possibility of the delivery of e-administration in the member countries, as well as the realization of the pan-European services. The current state of the realization of the concept has been estimated on the basis of selected data from the report «United Nations E-Government Survey-2010", published by the UN and report 2009 «Smarter, Faster, Better e-Government», prepared by CapGemini, RAND Europe.
