PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSES OF CORRUPTION ACTIONS CONNECTED WITH THE MISTAKES IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The article views the indirect influence of mistakes in human resources management on the level of corruption risk. The mediating factor is the level of corruption activity and injustice in wealth distribution. The systemic analysis of human resources is given, connected with the feeling of emotional welfare and, consequently, influences the corruption behavior in an organization.
