HUMAN CAPITAL AS A CRITERION OF SOCIAL INEQUALITY OF THE POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY
Abstract
The article presents the theoretical issues of investigating the social ineqauality in post-industrial society; grounds the criterion of the social inequality, that is, the human capital of the subjects. The social groups of existence subjects and development subjects are defined. The character of social links and social mobility of each social group is analyzed.
