BUDGETARY CREDITS IN THE LIGHT OF LAST CHANGES OF BUDGET CODE OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
Matters connected with the crediting short systems are considered in the article, short analyses of norms of Budget Code of Russian Federation regulating mechanism of distribution of budget funds is also given in the article. The author marks insufficient development of definite points.
