DEVELOPMENT OF FEDERALISM IDEAS IN THE CONCEPTS OF NATURAL LAW
Abstract
The article views the concept of federalism of a well-known philosopher J. Althusius. The author compares the metaphysical and natural-legal views on the principles of social compact which should make the basis on the union state.
