Abstract
The intensity of the modern political-economic reforms determines the larger need for individual social-economic adaptive capabilities, causing the necessity to search for the mechanisms of its promotion. The actualization of the corresponding mechanisms should be carried out not only by the state, but by an individual as well. Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of food and economic safety under the modern conditions of globalism. The author views the interpretations of "food safety" and "safety indicators" notions, as well as the situations in the agrarian-industrial complexes of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia in 1995 - 2010. Abstract
The paper analyses a not yet well-examined topic of foreign capital inflow structure. It develops a simple theoretical background for the concept and verifies its importance for five main macroeconomic indicators in the years 2008 and 2009 on the data provided by the World Bank for 213 countries and territories with the help of correlation analysis. The results show that both on the theoretical and empirical levels foreign capital inflow structure is important for countries and should be reflected in their economic policies.

The article summarizes the experience of applying cluster approach to creating biopharmaceutical clusters abroad (the USA, European Union countries, India, China, etc) and in some Russian regions (Saint-Petersburg, Altai region, aroslavl oblast), gives comparative analysis of the Russian pharmaceutical clusters and the forming cluster in Tatarstan. It is shown that the financial security of credit organizations is of fundamental significance for the state security. The main parameter of ensuring the bank financial security is bank liquidity. Abstract
The article presents the results of a quantitative research of the role of political stability in determining the unlawful behaviour. The author analyzes the criminologically significant causal links between the mentioned factor and committing crimes with aggressive, mercenary and corruptive motivation in modern Russia. The hypotheses formulated in the work are tested with the help of statistical models which are interpreted quantitatively, in particular, comparatively. It is revealed that the political stability in the country is not a determining criminogenic phenomenon.

The article analyzes the issue of corruption as it is viewed in the dissertation. The practical benefits are marked, which will result from the author's ideas on the defects of the variety in allowance paid to the executives of Domestic Affairs bodies as one of determinants of their corruption behaviour. The author criticizes the linking of notion "criminal personality" with the court's condemnatory verdict and the lack of practical examples from definite criminal cases given by the applicant.
