Abstract
In modern information world the competitiveness of national economy to a large extent is formed by efficiency of its citizens' economic thinking. The problem of modern economic thinking formation consists in necessity to cover the great part of social active population, often lacking any economic education. In the article the author has analyzed the possibilities of economic thinking formation in the study of the non-economic disciplines pertaining to the humanities, and introduced the results of analysis after particular discipline divisions, giving some guidelines.

Abstract
Under the globalizing post-industrial and information economy inevitably updating is the problem of combining the broadening activity fields of international conglomerations and the desired level of innovation development of national economic systems. In the article the author has examined one of the versions of interaction between innovation and business spheres: development of innovation monopoly. On the historically highly monopolized Russian market the stimulation of innovation monopolies development could limit the negative consequences of monopolization divesting and increase the investment attractiveness of the national economy for domestic and external world investors. Thus, the economy development requires the establishment of new forms of monopolistic formation.

Abstract
The article presents comparative analysis of productive function in traditional macroeconomics and informative macroeconomics. The stable relation between GDP per capita and life longevity is proved for 216 countries. The overall creative prosperity for the Russian Federation federal districts and the Tatarstan Republic in 2002 is calculated and the author's comparative analysis is presented, containing the indicators of GDP for every district.

The purpose of this article is consideration of problems connected with improvement and effectiveness increase of innovation policy, solution of which is especially important and is required at the modern stage of growing conditions for stable competitive advantages development. One of the most perspective mechanisms for solving the problem of budget investments deficiency into Russian regions infrastructure is a state-private partnership (further SPP). This work states the main problems preventing the realization of the investment projects based on SPP principles of regional authorities and private business. The production efficiency management (the correlation between the value obtained and the resources spent) is connected with the selection of its estimation indicators. Admitting the necessity to estimate the total effect (by accounting value) as well as the high emotional component of «lean production» through keeping one's working place in order, any manager would consider most important not only the final result, but also the contribution of the result's constituents. The 2008 economic crisis resulted in serious changes in the volume of the Russian national debt. The increase of debt financing has put forward the issue of its safe limit. The article vies the issues of classification of the principles of organizing the enterprise's financial relations, which is topical, as it is these principles that the financial management system should be based on. The theme's topicality is conditioned by the fact that the legal norm sanction expresses some essential features of law, which gives way to new directions of sanctions study. The author's goal was to show the sanctions variability and changeability from the viewpoint of the legal instructions dualism. That feature is revealed at the level of the norm's structural elements as well. The article is devoted to the burning issues of procedural law, which allow to state certain ways of its improvement. The author proves that the arbitrary-procedural guarantees are a single mechanism of procedural rights ensuring, that being a derivative of social-juridical mechanism pf rights ensuring.
